Procedure

Within a heavy medium skillet, heat the sugar while stirring frequently until it melts. Keep stirring until the sugar gets to be a light golden brown (Three or four minutes). Do not allow the sugar get too dark. Once it starts to turn color, it changes fast. Add some toasted pumpkin seeds, the salt, along with the butter. Do not be alarmed if your seeds make a werbemittel präsente popping sound.
