What To Use

In many instances, ingredients used along with the time the mixture is permitted to boil determines the flavors and look. Generally, candy recipes will be in different categories like boiled, confection, fudge, praline, truffle, hard, caramel, brittle and prickle etc. However, if you are imaginative and inventive enough, you can even you could make your own recipe at home and still get different flavors and colorants.
